Before attending law school, Kurt received joint degrees in finance and accounting. He worked with the firm while in law school and has been with the firm since graduating.
Kurt is working in complex litigation in areas including Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), pension issues, securities fraud and fiduciary liability.
Outside of work, Kurt enjoys baseball, scuba diving, and snow skiing.
